The famous casual game producer,  Big Fish ,  launched its own cloud-based game service in July.

Big Fish Unlimited combines the company’s casual game catalog with the same streaming distribution that’s been successfully demonstrated by Gaikai and less so by OnLive.

Big Fish has now also extended the service to Android devices via an app on Google Play, currently available only for players in the US via PC and Mac browsers,

The service is optimised for Nexus 7 tablets, and will work on other tablets such as Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Samsung Galaxy Tab Plus and Motorola Xoom.

It doesn’t support phones however.

More to come

As well as providing you with its games immediately, Big Fish Unlimited includes synced game saves across devices and community features.

It will be coming to smart TVs via Roku later in 2012, and iOS support is expected at some point.

It costs $7.99 per month for the complete service or it’s available for free for a limited number of games that don’t run fullscreen and include adverts.
